Anti-STMN1 (phospho S25) Antibody

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S25 of human Stathmin 1 (NP_005554.1), with sequence ILSPR. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500 and IHC: 1:50-1:100. The product is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.
