Anti-STMN1 (phospho S16) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Ser16 of human Stathmin 1 (STMN1). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot applications and reacts with human and mouse samples. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000, and the target protein runs at a molecular weight of 15 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
