Anti-STMN1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises STMN1 (Stathmin 1) and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form. Raised in rabbit, it is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1-60 of human Stathmin 1 (NP_005554.1). The reagent is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a reported target molecular weight of 16 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.
