Anti-STK4 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets serine/threonine-protein kinase 4 (STK4), also known as MST-1, and is supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation, and is KO validated.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 303–487 of human MST1/STK4 (NP_006273.1). The product is supplied as a liquid, affinity purified, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 56 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for IHC, ICC/IF and IP. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
