Anti-STK39 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody is supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated IgG for Western Blot detection of STK39, also known as SPAK. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat proteins, supporting comparative studies of STK39 expression in tissue and cultured-cell samples.

STK39 participates in signaling that regulates Na-K-Cl cotransporters during osmotic and ionic stress. The antibody is useful for investigating this pathway in kidney tissue, distal convoluted tubule models, salt-sensitive hypertension research, cardiovascular disease models, and cells exposed to changes in osmolarity. Because it targets STK39 rather than a specified phosphorylated residue, it can help assess overall STK39 protein abundance alongside phospho-specific reagents or measurements of downstream cotransporter activity.
