Description
This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against recombinant full length human STK3. The unconjugated reagent is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of STK3 protein.
It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and the antibody has an expected molecular weight of ~56kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
