Anti-STK3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent that targets STK3 (also known as MST-2). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Reactivity has been confirmed with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 323–450 of human STK3/MST2 (NP_006272.2). The reagent is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration and is affinity-purified. The reported molecular weight of the target is 65 kDa / 37 kDa. The formulation buffer is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Manufacturer-recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
