Anti-STK24 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets the serine/threonine kinase STK24 and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antiserum was generated against a synthetic peptide derived from an internal region of human STK24 and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, where it detects endogenous levels of total STK24 protein. For routine handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reactivity.
