Anti-STK19 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets STK19, also referred to as G11, and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG isotype and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 75–364 of human STK19 (NP_004188.1). The target has a molecular weight of 25 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended dilution for WB is 1:500–1:1,000, and the concentration is lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
