Anti-STK11 (phospho T189) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against LKB1 (also known as STK11) when phosphorylated at threonine 189. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied in liquid form and has been affinity purified. It is validated for Western blot applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, with a recommended working dilution of 1:500 to 1:2,000.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around T189 of human STK11 (NP_000446.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 54 kDa. It is formulated in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and should be shipped at 4°C and stored at -20°C in aliquots, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
