Anti-STK11 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab185734)

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available through Antibodies.com, recognises STK11, also known as LKB1. It is an unconjugated IgG reagent raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 134-433 of human LKB1 (NP_000446.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight range is 49 - 60 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50-1:200 for immunohistochemistry and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
