Anti-STK11 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against STK11 (also known as LKB1, hLKB1, PJS, Renal carcinoma antigen NY-REN-19, or Serine/threonine-protein kinase STK11) and is supplied at 50 µl per vial at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody detects the endogenous level of total STK11 protein and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, with demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is unconjugated and presented in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, after affinity purification against a recombinant human STK11 immunogen.
