STK10, also designated LOK (Lymphocyte-Oriented Kinase), is a serine/threonine kinase of the STE20 family that contributes to lymphocyte signaling, cytoskeletal reorganization, and integrin-mediated adhesion. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied as 200 µl of IgG, applied in western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human samples.

STK10 is broadly expressed across lymphoid tissues and has been investigated in T-cell receptor signaling, prostate tumor proliferation, and phosphorylation of ERM-family substrates that connect membrane receptors to the actin cytoskeleton. Investigators characterize expression in matched tumor and normal biopsies by IHC, or quantify changes after siRNA-mediated knockdown by western blot. The unconjugated format allows the antibody to be paired with HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-labeled secondaries chosen by the user for chromogen or fluorescence readout.

Shipped as a 200 µl liquid aliquot with a standard IgG isotype, this primary antibody is intended for research use only.
