Stress-Induced Phosphoprotein 1 (STIP1), also called Hsp70/Hsp90 organizing protein (HOP), is a co-chaperone that bridges Hsp70 and Hsp90 complexes during cellular stress responses. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes STIP1 and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human samples. Each vial contains 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum for probing endogenous STIP1 expression in cell lysates and tissue sections. The antibody supports research on heat shock protein regulation, cancer signaling, and prion biology, where STIP1-mediated chaperone assembly is of interest. It is supplied as a ready-to-titer reagent for research use only, compatible with standard chromogenic and fluorescence detection workflows.
