Anti-Stefin A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Stefin A, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is produced in rabbit and is reactive with human samples, and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal of human Stefin A, and the reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It detects endogenous levels of total Stefin A protein. The product is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.
