Anti-STEAP4 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal anti-STEAP4 reagent, supplied by Antibodies.com, is an unconjugated IgG raised against the human six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of prostate 4 (STEAP4) metalloreductase. The antibody is delivered in a 200 µl vial as an affinity-purified preparation intended for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on Human and Mouse samples.

STEAP4, also known as STAMP2 and TIARP, is a plasma-membrane metalloenzyme that reduces iron and copper substrates, and it is most heavily studied in the contexts of inflammatory cytokine signalling, obesity-linked metabolic dysregulation, and the biology of prostate, breast, and colorectal tumors. Researchers investigating innate immunity, adipose-tissue inflammation, and iron or copper homeostasis use anti-STEAP4 tools to monitor protein expression in cell lysates, membrane fractions, and fixed tissue sections.
