Anti-STEAP1 (D31) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody to STEAP1 (D31) is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was raised in rabbit hosts against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of human STEAP1, and specifically detects endogenous levels of STEAP1 protein.

The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
