Anti-STC1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Stanniocalcin 1 (STC1), unconjugated and supplied as a liquid by Antibodies.com. The reagent is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and is of the IgG isotype, produced in rabbit (C0, S1).

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 18–247 of human STC1 (NP_003146.1). It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target has a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa. Concentration is lot specific (S1).

Validated applications are WB and ICC/IF. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided (S1).
