Anti-STAU2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against STAU2 (Staufen double-stranded RNA binding protein 2), offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300–400 of human STAU2 (NP_001157852.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 52 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
