Anti-STAU1 Antibody

Provided by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against STAU1 (Staufen). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and is supplied in liquid form.

The target, Staufen/STAU1, corresponds to a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 426–577 of human Staufen (NP_059347.2). The reagent undergoes affinity purification and is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is recommended for use at 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The reported molecular weight of the target is 63 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.
