Anti-stathmin1 (Ab-62) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide spanning the region around residues 60–64 (R-K-S-H-E) of human stathmin 1, allowing it to recognize the total endogenous pool of the protein independently of its phosphorylation state at Ser62. The antiserum is purified by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and supplied as an unconjugated liquid at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺ present. The 50 µL vial is validated for Western blotting of HeLa lysates and for immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections, including human colon carcinoma tissue, and the reagent cross-reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for comparative studies across these species.
