Anti-Stathmin1 (Ab-38) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Stathmin1 at an epitope corresponding to amino acids 36–40 (P-L-S-P-P) of the human protein. It is supplied in an unconjugated format.

The reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human and rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of total Stathmin 1 protein.

Provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody was raised in rabbits immunised with a synthetic peptide–KLH conjugate and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide. It is shipped at 4 °C; aliquots should be stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
