Anti-Stathmin1 (Ab-16) Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 14–18 (R-A-S-G-Q) of human Stathmin 1 and is affinity-purified on an epitope-specific column to selectively detect endogenous levels of total Stathmin 1 (predicted molecular weight ~19 kDa). The 50 µL aliquot is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is of the rabbit IgG isotype. It has been validated for Western blotting (recommended dilution 1:500–1:1000) and immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:100), with reactivity confirmed on human, mouse and rat samples.
