Anti-Stat6 (R639) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 610–660 of human Stat6. The unconjugated reagent, designated R639, detects endogenous levels of STAT6 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications, with reactivity confirmed in human and rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 94 kDa.
