Anti-Stat6 (phospho-Y641) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Stat6 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 641. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Stat6 around the Tyr641 phosphorylation site. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It specifically detects endogenous levels of Stat6 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr641, with the target observed at a molecular weight of approximately 94 kDa. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
