Anti-STAT6 (phospho Y641) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and directed against STAT6 phosphorylated at tyrosine 641 (phospho Tyr641). The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It was generated against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding Y641 of human STAT6 and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Validated applications are Western Blot (recommended dilution 1:500-1:2,000) and Immunohistochemistry (recommended dilution 1:50-1:200). The reported molecular weight of the target is 110 kDa.

Concentration is described as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
