Anti-Stat6 (phospho-T645) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Stat6 (phospho-T645), supplied as a primary antibody. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP).

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Stat6 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 645. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Stat6 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr645, and the target protein migrates at approximately 94 kDa.

The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
