Anti-STAT6 (Ab-641) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the signal transducer and activator of transcription 6 (STAT6) protein at the phosphorylation-relevant region surrounding residue 641 (R-G-Y-V-P, aa. 639–643). The antibody detects endogenous levels of total STAT6 and is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺. It is intended for Western blotting at1:500–1:1000 and for immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:100, and shows cross-reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with a predicted molecular weight of approximately 110 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
