Anti-STAT5A (phospho Y694) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y694 of human STAT5A. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications on human samples at recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000. The target has a molecular weight of 90 kDa.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Antibody concentration is lot specific.
