Anti-Stat5a (phospho-S780) Antibody

An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent specific for Stat5a phosphorylated at Serine 780, available from Antibodies.com. The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Stat5a around the phosphorylation site of Serine 780, and recognises endogenous levels of Stat5a only when phosphorylated at Ser780.

It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation, and has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Purification was carried out by affinity-chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa.
