Anti-STAT5A (phospho S780) Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets STAT5A phosphorylated at Ser780 and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human samples. The immunogen was a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S780 of human STAT5A, and the antibody was affinity purified to a liquid form supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The reported molecular weight is 91 kDa.

Storage guidance is to ship at 4°C, aliquot on receipt and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. A representative western blot was performed on K562 cell lysates at 25µg per lane with 3% BSA blocking buffer and a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000 dilution.
