Anti-Stat5a/b (phospho-Y694) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Stat5a/b when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 694. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Stat5a around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 694, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Stat5a/b protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr694.

The product is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied unconjugated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The target protein migrates at approximately 90 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
