Anti-Stat5a/b (A688) Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Stat5a/b, intended for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 650–700 of human Stat5a.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is reported to detect endogenous levels of Stat5a/b protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 91 kDa.
