Anti-STAT5A Antibody

An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied unconjugated and of IgG isotype. The reagent targets STAT5A and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 635–794 of human STAT5A (NP_003143.2) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and recognises a target protein with an apparent molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa. Four scientific validation images are available. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
