This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Stat5 (W287) and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, supported by 3 scientific validation images. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250-300 of Human Stat5a and detects endogenous levels of Stat5 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, the antibody recognises a protein of approximately 90 kDa.
