Anti-Stat5 (Phospho-Ser726 / 731) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Stat5 when phosphorylated at Ser726/731. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human Stat5 around the phosphorylation site of S726/731, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Stat5 protein only when phosphorylated at this site. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
