Anti-Stat5 (phospho-S726/731) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against Stat5 when phosphorylated at Ser726/731. The affinity-purified reagent (purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE) is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Stat5a around the phosphorylation site of Serine 726, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Stat5a only when phosphorylated at Ser726, and Stat5b only when phosphorylated at Ser731. The reported molecular weight is approximately 90 kDa.
