Anti-Stat4 (phospho-Y693) Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against Stat4 phosphorylated at tyrosine 693. It is intended for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation, and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Stat4 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 693, so the reagent detects endogenous levels of Stat4 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr693. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of ~ 88 kDa.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
