Available from Antibodies.com, this Primary Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent that recognises Stat4 (E687). It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and is supplied as an unconjugated preparation raised in rabbit that reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 658-705 of Human Stat4, and STAT4 (E687) pAb detects endogenous levels of STAT4 protein. The target has a molecular weight of ~ 88 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and is accompanied by 2 scientific images.
