Anti-Stat3 (T721) Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the Stat3 protein and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), and has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of STAT3 protein.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 700-750 of Human Stat3 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum via affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, giving a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 88 kDa.
