Anti-Stat3 (phospho-S727) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Stat3 when phosphorylated at Serine 727. Raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Stat3 around the phosphorylation site of serine 727, the unconjugated antibody detects endogenous levels of Stat3 only when phosphorylated at that residue.

It is validated for western blotting and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 88 kDa.
