Anti-STAT3 (phospho S727) Antibody

Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG, this Antibodies.com primary antibody specifically recognizes Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 (STAT3) when phosphorylated at the serine 727 regulatory site. S727 phosphorylation is a post-translational modification that cooperates with tyrosine 705 phosphorylation to drive maximal STAT3 transcriptional activity in response to cytokines, growth factors, and oncogenic signaling through the JAK/STAT pathway. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blot application on human-derived samples and is supplied as 200 µl of liquid antiserum intended for research use only.
