Anti-Stat3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Stat3, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 680-720 of human Stat3, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of STAT3 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
