Anti-STAT3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets STAT3. The reagent is supplied unconjugated in liquid form with a lot-specific concentration and a reported molecular weight of 86 kDa.

Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 600–700 of human STAT3 (NP_003141.2).

The antibody is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
