Anti-STAT2 (phospho Y690) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically recognises STAT2 phosphorylated at tyrosine 690 (Tyr690). It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The immunogen used was a synthetic peptide phosphorylated at Y690 of human STAT2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The reported molecular weight is 97 kDa, with a predicted molecular weight of 98 kDa. Concentration is lot specific, and the reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% ProClin 300.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
