Anti-Stat2 (L684) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 650-700 of Human Stat2, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of STAT2 protein. The observed molecular weight of the target is approximately 105 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
