Anti-Stat1 (phospho-Y701) Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Stat1 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 701. It is supplied unconjugated and formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Stat1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 701. It specifically detects endogenous levels of Stat1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr701, and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Reactivity has been confirmed with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 87 kDa.
