Anti-STAT1 (phospho Y701) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against STAT1 phosphorylated at tyrosine 701 (phospho Tyr701). The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, produced in rabbit, and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y701 of human STAT1 (NP_009330.1), and the target is detected at reported molecular weights of 84 kDa / 91 kDa.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
