Anti-Stat1 (phospho-S727) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and directed against the Stat1 protein at the phosphorylated Ser727 residue. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Specificity is restricted to endogenous Stat1 only when phosphorylated at Ser727, as determined using a synthetic phosphopeptide immunogen derived from human Stat1 around the Serine 727 phosphorylation site. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Reported molecular weight of the target is ~87 kDa, and the purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE after affinity-chromatography purification using an epitope-specific immunogen.
