Anti-Stat1 (phospho-S727) Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Stat1 phosphorylated at Serine 727, available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry (ICC) workflows, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Stat1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 727. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Stat1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser727. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target has a molecular weight of ~ 87 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
